Avion Lottery (RNG-Fi)

The Avion Lottery is an exclusive event for Gulls who have reached Level 60. Eligible Gulls are automatically entered into a quarterly drawing, where one is randomly selected to win the jackpot. Funded by $CROWN spent on creating proposals and casting votes in the Senate (DAO), the jackpot awards the winner a substantial sum of $CROWN.
