Epoch Labz legally grants full ownership & commercial usage rights of each individual Salty Seagulls Society NFT to its respective holders. This will allow every Salty Seagulls Society holder to build a brand around their own Gull without any copyright infringement, as long as they are using their own Gull with its exact traits and there are no derivatives, extensions, variants, alternatives, modifications, adaptations, differentiations, divergences, distinctions applied to or made from the artwork. For example, a Salty Seagulls Society NFT holder can use their NFT in a variety of ways, such as creating merchandise, company logos, business ventures, websites, etc..., but they cannot add to/modify their Salty Seagulls Society NFT and its traits. Epoch Labz and the Salty Seagulls Society project reserves the right to display all Salty Seagulls Society NFTs for promotional and advertisement purposes. Copyright Notice: It is strictly prohibited to use the likeness of the Salty Seagulls Society artwork to produce similar works of art for sale, in any form, including but not limited to an NFT collection, without the express permission and authorization of Epoch Labz. Epoch Labz retains the exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, sell, display, and create derivative works based on any and all Salty Seagulls Society visual artwork.
