House deeds on Avion, depending on which kingdom they're in, earn a fixed rate of $CROWN, ecosystem rewards, crypto mining rewards and other potential revenue streams. To boost your rewards, own a house deed and stake $CROWN at the Argentaria (bank), the more $CROWN you stake, the greater your share of these rewards will be. This makes $CROWN a powerful multiplier for your house deeds. The ability to mint a house deed can be unlocked once any Salty Seagulls Society NFT that you hold reaches level 10. 100% of all funds generated from the house deeds mint will be used to provide liquidity for $CROWN.

Utility & Use Cases

Avion house deeds offer a wide range of functionalities (direct utility), both inside and outside of the Avion ecosystem, which provide a variety of benefits for their holders.

• 20% of all cross-chain revenue used to transact (BTC, ETH, SOL, ADA, etc...) at the Top Gull Flight Academy will be redistributed back to house deed holders as ecosystem rewards

• 20% of all $CROWN used to transact on Crypto Pledge will be redistributed back to house deed holders as ecosystem rewards

• 45% of all ADA generated from the sale of consumable Exp booster items will go towards purchasing crypto miners, in which the rewards from the crypto miners will be redistributed back to house deed holders that hold level 100 Gulls

• 60% of all ADA generated from the sale of Avion tourist visas will be redistributed back to house deed holders as ecosystem rewards

• 100% of all $CROWN used to transact at the Abandoned Lighthouse will be redistributed back to house deed holders as ecosystem rewards

• 100% of all $CROWN generated from the crafting of items in the Munitions Plant will be redistributed back to house deed holders as ecosystem rewards

• 100% of all $CROWN fees generated from the sale of items in the Squabble Block will be redistributed back to house deed holders as ecosystem rewards

• 100% of all $CROWN used to transact at the Colosseum will be redistributed back to house deed holders as ecosystem rewards.
